Let's get things started

Editing your personal details

Simply log in and click ‘Account’ to access and amend your personal details.

 

View/Register your property

To validate your membership and access all the 7Across benefits, we need to know the details of the property you own. It only takes a few minutes and you do not have to bank your week within the exchange system straight away.

 

Bank Now, Travel Later

Depositing your week is easy:

  1. Visit the ‘Bank and Save’ link at the top of this page.
  2. Click the confirmation button.
  3. Select the week you want to bank.
  4. Press ‘Bank Selected’.

If you own a Floating Week, you’ll need to contact your resort to allocate you a week, then follow the steps above. Some resorts may need to be notified of your intent to deposit so please check.

Once you’ve banked, we will confirm your ownership and then issue you with a Deposit Credit to use for your exchange – you have three years to book your next break.

 

Dream it, Plan It, Book It

FREE holiday request

We’re all about fulfilling your next dream getaway, and as a 7Across member you’re entitled to a FREE holiday request. To make a request click the link at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

 

Holiday Search

On the homepage you’ll see three search options:

  • Exchange - you’ll need a Deposit Credit to be able to purchase one of these.
  • Bonus Weeks - these don’t require a credit and you can book as many as you wish.
  • Rental Weeks - no credit needed, perfect for booking a popular destination or resort months in advance at a discounted rate.

Weeks listed as ‘Exchanged’ or ‘On Hold’ are unavailable to book.

Can’t find what you want? Make a free holiday request and we will do the searching for you.

 

How to book

  • 1. Click on the resort name to view the full profile including important information
  • 2. Like what you see? Hit the ‘Booking Form’ button to confirm all the details.
  • 3. Click ‘Book Now’ to submit your credit/debit card details. Please have your payment card ready.
  • 4. Check your inbox for your confirmation and keep it safe ready for resort check in.
  • 5. Let’s jet!

 

Hints and Tips

Studio Credits: If you are using a studio credit to book a larger residence, you’ll need to confirm the upgrade fee. If you don’t wish to pay this, choose a resort that is the same size category as your deposited week.

Booking issues: Please do not press the back button during the check-out process or take too long making your holiday reservation or your transaction may not complete successfully online. If this happens, please call us on +44 (0)345 608 6375, lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Email Confirmation: Your documents will be sent to the email address featured in your account profile. Ensure that all information is correct, remember many resorts issue room numbers on arrival, so this may be blank on your confirmation. Not received your email? Please check your junk or spam folder.
